Two Italian brothers Vincenzo and Giacomo Barbato noticed that there are no any trademarks of the name "Steve Jobs". Therefore, they decided to use the name for their company. For years both company Apple and the Italian brothers are fighting for the logo which is very similar to the Apple's logo.

The Italian brothers told to the judge that because it is a letter, "It cannot be a bite". While the EUIPO(European Union Intellectual Property Office) registered the name for designer brothers in 2014. And the brothers only recently registered the name globally according to the Business Insider report.
